My clinical approach is trauma-informed, integrating cognitive, attachment-based, and neuroscience-informed principles with a belief that lasting transformation occurs through renewing the mind, healing past wounds, and replacing outdated protective patterns with truth. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change.
While I enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds, I have a special passion for walking alongside believers who love God yet long for a deeper relationship with Him. In addition to common concerns such as, past trauma, betrayal, anxiety, and relationship struggles. Many individuals carry wounds from church experiences, legalism, spiritual confusion, or religious trauma that have distorted their understanding of God’s character. My desire is to help clients discover the freedom, peace, and identity available through both emotional healing and authentic faith.
* In accordance with the Louisiana Professional Counseling Board, counseling services are only available in Louisiana. Avail Life is a self-pay practice. Counseling fee: $150/session.
